* removed eventCheckAttacking event
* fixed a bug where checkEvent was called twice for each monster making attacks being to fast
* changed a bit how eventCheck event is fired to prevent multiple calls being made in the feature
* added a new script function doPlayerSendDefaultCancel(cid, ReturnValue)
* the return value of onUseWeapon/onCastSpell is now used to check if the spell was successfully executed
* changed push delay to 1000 instead of 1500
* fixed so that send cancel message is shown when pushing other creatures and it fails
* fixed bug with distance weapons effects
* need to draw blood atleast every 30 seconds to gain shield advance
* fixed a bug where the client would crash if the level/magic percentages where wrong

* Optimize FileLoader, loading map time should be around 15% faster.
